Introducing the ECOO-G Thermal Plate – Eco-Friendly, Processless Printing Solution

  • Runs directly on press after CTP exposure, no chemical processing required.

  • Reduces costs for labor, water treatment, and developer tank maintenance.

  • 100% chemical-free and environmentally friendly, comparable to Sonora XP and Agfa Azura plates.

  • Employs a negative non-ablation photosensitive system.

  • Fully compatible with all major market devices.

  • Enables direct on-press printing after thermal CTP plate exposure, with no additional processing required.

Recommended Application Procedure for ECOO-G

  1. Clean the blanket thoroughly – Ensure that all residual ink is completely removed from the blanket to prevent contamination and achieve optimal print quality.

  2. Engage the water roller – Start the press machine and run the water roller for 30–40 seconds to properly moisten the plate and prepare it for inking.

  3. Engage the ink rollers – Allow the ink rollers to run for 20–30 seconds to ensure even ink distribution across the plate before printing.

  4. Load the paper and start printing – Once the plate is properly prepared and rollers are engaged, load the paper and commence printing for consistent, high-quality results.
